The classes offered provide the information and individual counseling and support to turn marginal prospects into pre-qualified buyers. They also meet Rhode Island Housing & Mortgage Finance Corporation homebuyer education requirements.
On the real estate development side, when it comes to property values, there hasn't been a WNDC affordable homeownership or apartment development yet that has not proven to be a community asset that enhances the neighborhood where it is located. With this in mind, feel free to contact WNDC with any land or building prospects for acquisition that will spur revitalization, or help communities meet their affordable housing goals.
